Thirty-five suspects linked to online gambling syndicates will be charged under the Prevention of Crime Act (Poca) after a raid in Petaling Jaya, Selangor crippled a group that allegedly developed such software, constabulary say.
Petaling Jaya OCPD Asst Comm Nik Ezanee Mohd Faisal said that at the district constabulary headquarters Friday (Oct 30), adding that constabulary raid found an online gambling band had been operating under the cover of a computer company.
