At first glance, we were quite surprised with what we saw from Treasure Room. After all, BetSoft are known for creating big 3D spectacles, and that’s not in line with what we saw on this slot. The graphics are a little unrefined, a little “cartoony”, and it doesn’t bear the hallmarks of a BetSoft title. The symbols are animated, coming into life when you land them in a pay-line, but they are also very simple. This is not even a 3D slot, and it is certainly not something that BetSoft’s designers have spent countless hours tweaking and perfecting.
Aesthetics aside, there are some high paying symbols here. If you land 5 of the treasure chest symbols then not only will you scoop as much as 1,000x your line stake, but you will also pickup the progressive jackpot. The lowest paying symbol is the hourglass, paying just 25x per line, but even this is acceptable. There is also a wild symbol, but this doesn’t come with any multipliers.
Bonuses
There are a couple of bonus rounds in this slot. The simplest of these is unlocked via the sword and shield symbol. This is an instant win bonus that pays up to 5,000 credits immediately. The main bonus is unlocked when you trigger at least 3 of the scatter symbols, after which you will be taken to a different screen.
This is a “choose-me” round, and your goal is to select one of three doors, each of which contains a rare stone. You can continue choosing even after your first selection, and each stone will earn you a random win. This is usually very generous, and the lowest we have won here was around 10x our total stake.
