The Council has proposed amendments to the law, establishing a 28% tax charge per unit for online gaming, horse racing, and casinos. The tax will be calculated based on the face value of chips purchased for casinos, the total value of bets placed with bookmakers or totalizators for horse racing, and the full value of bets placed for online gaming.
