6 oysters on the half shell
3/4 cup Panko
1 Tablespoon olive oil
3 strips of bacon (or vegan bacon substitute), fried and diced
1/2 shallot, diced
1 Tablespoon butter for saute + 3 Tablespoons for mixture
1 jalapeño diced
1 teaspoon chives, chiffonade
1 teaspoon parsley, chiffonade
1/2 lemon, juiced
