A massive fire had been raging for to a greater extent than than 12 hours in a Cambodian hotel-casino on Thursday morning time, killing at least 11 people, injuring 30 and apparently trapping others.
Grim videos posted on social media showed people falling from a roof after they were trapped by the fire at the Grand Diamond City Casino and Hotel in the border town of Poipet.
Thailand‘s public broadcaster Thai PBS reported dozens of Thais were trapped inside. Photos from the scene showing people desperately huddled on ledges and perched on windowsills in a bid to escape the flames.
