Listen here man, this shit is absolutely insane. Probably one of the most ridiculous glitches I’ve ever come across in this game. Since the Back to Back Bogdan 2.0 or the Gold Glitch 2.0. This allows you to not only use a RAILGUN in the Heist Finale, but also allows you to use every single weapon you own AND EVERY WEAPON YOU DON’T. Meaning if you haven’t gotten around to purchasing any particular weapon, you’ll get it here. Oh, and you get to keep every weapon you just got when doing this after the finale is finished, without buying it. YEAH. It’s like that.

Now listen, a few things to keep in mind when it comes to this. I believe that if you are killed, you’ll lose these weapons and revert back to the original intended weapon loadout upon reloading the last checkpoint. If you are killed, I don’t know if you will then have the Laser/other weapons upon completion. Also, we didn’t test it ourselves, but it MAY be that if you each host and quit this mission, you will both have every weapon with ammo. The ONLY thing you have to do is host the mission, switch teams, start the mission, quit the mission, and when you load into ANY Big Con Approach (yours or a friend’s), you have every weapon in the game. This has happened to me before without doing this contact mission, so I KNOW this is not the only way to make this happen. But this worked all three times we tested it. If anyone else discovers ANY OTHER MISSION THAT WORKS, please comment below with what you found.

I would not have been able to complete this video right here without his information on this. I spent like 2 hours scouring the internet on Youtube/Reddit for every SINGLE example of footage of this happening to try and glean how it was recreated.
