+ Honestly, they were decent to work with back when I was actively promoting them between 2019 and 2023. Communication was reliable and they were responsive enough during that period. No real complaints about how things ran while the relationship was actually active.
- After years of sending them players and spending money to do it, I got an email out of nowhere saying they were terminating our partnership. I hadn't been running any traffic for them in years, so it's not like I broke any rules. It really just feels like they decided they didn't want to pay out anymore. There were already some delayed payments before this happened, which in hindsight was probably a sign. With the rebrand not going well, I'd be cautious about whether they're even financially stable. Seriously, do not sign up with them.

+ The support team at Casumo Affiliates is solid and the offers they put together actually do a good job of bringing players in. The game embedding option is a nice touch too — it gives you another real way to drive traffic.
- My main gripe is the player reports. I use Income Access on other programs and the level of detail there is really useful — I'd love to see Casumo Affiliates get their reporting up to something closer to that.
