We actually had to push hard just to recover around 30% of our traffic costs, which felt like a miracle in itself. Then after yet another month of waiting, we were told our traffic wasn't active and they wouldn't be paying out. The traffic source was Google search. Real users, no tricks, no grey-area stuff. What frustrated me most is that they kept dodging responsibility for their own product's performance and blaming us for the quality of conversions. And this is their own product — not a third-party operator they're promoting. That matters. If you're running your own casino, you own the results. On top of that, the original contract had no mention of any cuts, and the offer itself had zero KPI requirements described anywhere. The CAP was met properly, by the book. So if you're thinking about working with this program — just be careful. If you're okay with potentially losing your traffic budget and getting the runaround, then go ahead.
