We have tried reaching out multiple times and received no response. Nothing. The silence alone is a red flag, but what makes this worse is how they're handling it. They're now claiming there was never an agreement in place, which is simply not true. They paid us before under the exact same terms. Their team actually asked us to scale up traffic, which we did in good faith. Every stat and data point is sitting right there in their own affiliate backend at bloomaffiliates.com, confirming the amounts owed. On top of that, their manager or owner personally offered to pay 16,000 EUR of the 53,000 EUR as a partial settlement, which is itself an admission that the debt exists. We have everything documented — emails, payment history, traffic reports, all of it. If you are an affiliate, do not work with these people. They are not paying what they owe and this is exactly the kind of operator that damages the whole industry. And if you are a player thinking about depositing at winmaker.com or luckywins.com, think carefully. A program that refuses to pay its business partners is not one you want handling your winnings either.
